This expression combines Highland and Speyside malts with Lowland grains, as well as a touch of Islay malt, imparting a subtle smokiness to its profile. Matured for a total of 21 years, the whisky enjoyed a generous three-year marrying period in tawny Port casks sourced from the Symington family estates in Portugal.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Camphor, hessian, cut hay, burning heather, dark mocha, saffron and vanilla
Palate: Spiced plum, wild strawberries, dark chocolate, charred game and orange
Finish: Sea salt and red fruits
