El Patriarca Reposado Tequila

El Patriarca's passion for the land begins with nurturing the blue Weber agave in the rich, red soils of Jalisco’s Highlands. They carefully harvest each plant after 6–8 years, only when nature tells them it's ready.

The piñas are extracted and transported with care, then slowly baked in traditional masonry ovens (hornos de mampostería), unlocking rich, agave-forward flavours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by double distillation in a blend of stainless-steel and copper pot stills—resulting in a uniquely smooth and balanced spirit.

Rested to perfection, El Patriarca Reposado is aged for six to seven months in French oak barrels, where time lends it its distinctive colour and a uniquely smooth, layered flavour. Guided by tradition and patience, it balances warm oak notes with the natural richness of agave.
