Old Pulteney 15 Year Old Single Malt

Fifteen years of time, oak and salt-laden air – with 200 years of know-how. Two casks working together. Dark fruit, warm spice, and the briny lure of the North Sea. Old Pulteney 15-Year-Old is as intense as it is balanced.

Second fill, American oak ex-bourbon casks lay down dark spice and vanilla. Then Spanish oak takes over, lending dried fruit and rich chocolate. Fifteen years breathing the salt-laden air of Wick ties it together, and brings our unmistakable coastal character to every drop. 

Nose: First, dried fruits and citrus zest. Honey and vanilla settle beneath, with a trace of salted dark chocolate.

Palate: Cinnamon, chocolate and treacle toffee. Then a lingering reminder of Wick’s deep coastal character.

Finish: Long lasting sweet vanilla and coconut finish

Colour: Rich amber at the edges, deepening to warm mahogany.
